LumoxCloud is a brand name operated by JERINA HAZARIKA MORAN, an individual proprietor based in Assam, India. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
LumoxCloud provides digital infrastructure services including virtual servers, cloud resources, hosting environments, and related technical solutions. All services are delivered electronically and are subject to availability.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity performed through the user’s account will be deemed the responsibility of the account holder.
Users agree not to use LumoxCloud services for unlawful activities, abuse of network resources, unauthorized access attempts, or actions that may harm the integrity, security, or performance of our infrastructure.
While LumoxCloud strives to ensure high availability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions.
All services are provided on a prepaid basis unless otherwise specified. Payments must be completed in advance for service activation. Pricing is subject to change with prior notice.
JERINA HAZARIKA MORAN (operating as LumoxCloud) reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if a user violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in activities that may pose a risk to our systems or other users.
JERINA HAZARIKA MORAN shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use LumoxCloud services.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Assam, India.
