JERINA HAZARIKA MORAN believes in helping customers as far as reasonably possible and has therefore adopted a transparent refund and cancellation policy for digital services offered under LumoxCloud.
LumoxCloud provides digital services including game servers, VPS, cloud hosting, and related infrastructure services. These services are provisioned digitally and do not involve physical shipping.
Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 1–2 days of placing the order and before the service has been fully provisioned or actively used.
Once a server, VPS, or hosting service has been provisioned, deployed, or actively used, cancellation requests may not be entertained.
Refunds are applicable only in cases where:
No refunds will be provided for issues caused by user configuration errors, third-party software, misuse of services, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
In case of service-related issues, customers must report the problem to our support team within 1–2 days of service activation. Our team will investigate the issue and take an appropriate decision.
Certain services such as setup fees, add-ons, domain registrations (if any), or services marked as non-refundable are not eligible for refunds.
If a refund is approved by JERINA HAZARIKA MORAN(Operating as lumox cloud), the refund will be processed within 1–2 business days. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the payment method and bank processing timelines. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
